What is the highest speed lava has gone down a volcano?

Dear Reader,
The fastest moving flow I know of is from the 1977 eruption of Nyiragongo
in Africa. I fissure developed on the flank of the volcano that drained
the lava pond at the summit. Lava was moving about 40 mph (60km/hr) and
at least 38 people died.
