Hi Ms. Myers
Since you've asked again, I took a look at my Atlas' map of Nebraska. I
managed to find a place called Ash Hollow State Historic Park. I don't
know if it is the same place that was in the PBS show though. Ash Hollow
is in the SE corner of Garden county, which is in western Nebraska. It
is along highway 26 which looks to be a relatively large road. It is also
along the N. Platte river, just west of Lake C.W. McConaughy. Another
possibility is the Agate Fossil Beds National Monument, which is just
about right in the middle of Sioux county, which is the NW-most county in
Nebraska. It is intersected by highway 29, which doesn't look very big.
There may be a Nebraska home page that you could search as well.
