I am currently researching the Mud volcanoes of the Mariana Trench. Serpentine muds have been found there and it is speculated that they originate from the volcanoes. I was wondering if there is any recent info out there on this subject and if so could you let me know where to get it or if is small enough, could you send it to me?? I need the info within the next two weeks if that is possible. Thanks in advance.

Dear Kara,

I searched GeoRef, a bibliographic database maintained by the American Geophysical Union that contains references from 1785 to june 1995, using the key words mud volcano, Mariana, and serpentine in various combinations. There were no articles that had all three key words. The single reference list below had the key words mud volcano and serpentine. Good luck.
