First, I suggest you talk a long look at the homepages listed in Other Sources of Volcano Information.(LINK TO: http://volcano.und.edu/vwdocs/other_sources.html) Several of them contain information you will find useful, especially the Natural Hazards Center.

Second, you should subscribe to the VOLCANO ListServ (see the Global Volcanism Homepage).
