I am doing research on how volcanic eruptions might affect El Nino. I found a wonderful graph showing major El Nino Events and the years which they occur. I would like to compare this graph to a graph of volcanic eruptions from 1700 - 2000 (years). Could you recommend a place where I could find this on the internet or in a book? Any other information on El Nino and volcanic eruptions would be greatly appreciated. THANK YOU

rocky Shelley Trautman

Dear Shelley,

You bet. Have a look at Volcanoes of the World (probably available in big public libraries or at a university) or look through the data base of the Global Volcanism Program.
