What are the differences among hybrid earthquake, hybrid earthquake swarm, volcano-tectonic earthquakes and tremors?

The people at Montserrat have invented their own terminology. It is my best guess that all of the four terms that you mention are the same . . . . the people at Monserrat do not have a definitive way of distinguishing between earthquakes directly caused by magma (volcanic earthquake) and earthquakes caused by tectonic stress.
